The general steps to make a purchase or place a bid at "Klatsias" are:

• Register to place a bid or buy
• Place bid or make enquiry
• Payment
• Send necessary documentation

If you wish to sell / auction your property we can help you through the entire process.
Required steps are:

• Contact details
• Decision to sell ( Personal / Company )
• Attach necessary documentation (title, clearance certificate, cadastral paper)
• Asking price

Following a successful bid at auction, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the property, the closing price and the Bank IBAN to facilitate the transfer of funds.
As soon as the auction has come to an end, the results will become available immediately. A deposit of 10% of the closing price is expected within 3 working days, together with necessary documents in order to create the company and transfer the property. The remainder of the monies are expected within 8-10 working days.
